International Buyers: You are responsible for Custom duties, if these
apply in your country of residence. If you wish the package shipped by USPS
instead of UPS to lower the costs, please send us an email and we will arrange a
low cost shipment to your location. USPS Express mail is also fast,
reliable and reasonably priced.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All orders are treated as final and shipped almost the next business day or if
time permits even the same business day. An order can not be cancelled, if
already shipped. If an order has not been shipped for any reason, you may send
us an email and the order will be cancelled and the payment reversed to its
original source quite promptly.
Various products sold on our site come with a 90 days to one year Manufacturer's
warranty. We mention the kind of warranty available to a product. The details of the warranty are
also found in the brochure accompanying the
product. Products on which Warranty is offered by the Manufacturer is also
mentioned under the relevant listing.
We, as sellers do not provide warranty but are always ready to help our valued
customers get their money's worth. Hence, if an item purchased through our
website
arrives defective or is found malfunctioning in the first 7 days of the
invoice date, we will
either replace the item with a new one or if a replacement is not available we
will
refund the full amount minus the shipping cost. However, prior permission is
required before mailing back the item to us. We request our customers to check
the
functioning of the item on arrival. DOA (Defective on arrival) cases are easier
to
handle with Manufacturers.
Please write to admin@yoelectronics.com describing the nature of the problem.
We will then provide you an RMA to ship the item back to us at your cost. If the
item is
found to have the problem described by the customer either a new item will be
shipped at our cost or if a replacement is not available the cost of the item
will be
reimbursed to the original source of funds.
If an item malfunctions after 7 days, please contact the manufacturer whose
address is found on the manual accompanying the package. If you have problem
you may write to us and we will render whatever help we can. Some Manufacturers
authorize the Seller to handle Warranty issues on their behalf. In such cases,
we will
make the replacement on behalf of the Manufacturer.
If the item is returned to us and is found to be functioning normally, we will
charge
20% re-stocking fees before making the refund
